Recently, we had the opportunity to dine at Wolvesden, an underground supper club that goes above and beyond in terms of food and experience. Their dinner parties are invite only, and take place at secret locations in downtown Los Angeles.
For our dinner with Wolvesden, Chef Craig Thornton prepared a 10-course meal: pork belly with grapes and Spanish blue; crab and cheddar fritters; John Dory with jalapeno mousse; scallops in a potato puree; broccoli brioche with bacon-romaine-shallot relish; rabbit polenta; chicory-malt vegetables; braised lamb meatballs; marshmallow panna cotta with salted chocolate gelee; and key lime curd with marinated citrus and Pop Rocks.
For a chance to score one of the coveted seats, sign up for Wolvesden’s mailing list.
